Metro Design Week

The Metro Design Week is an annual event that includes conferences, exhibitions, workshops, artistic and sports demonstrations with influence in the city of Quito, Ecuador. The institution required event planning, customer service, communication and public relations, project management, and overall direction.

The response was a comprehensive event planning program that included the agenda, guest protocols, production of exhibitions with independent concepts, a global communication plan, event identity, sponsor plan, and evaluation (metrics). All of this was presented to the general board of government.

Overall results: 5K+ people in 4 days of the fair, 7 exhibitions, 15 conferences, 7 workshops, 3 master classes, and 30+ public figures.
