Pannostro is a coffee shop located in Quito, Ecuador. They have developed an award-winning product line that uses purple corn flour as the main ingredient. They needed a visual language to make these products stand out on their current menu while still staying conceptually connected to the leading brand. These products are seasonal.

Our approach to this project was a collaborative one, starting with an in-depth research of Non-profit Organizations in the State and culminating in a mood board that captured the essence of the proposed visual language. In the second phase, we worked closely with the client to better understand the Ski culture in Wyoming.

We came up with a modern but western logo design with stylished equipment that reensembles an old fashioned seal. The industrial architecture in Downtown Cheyenne was also an inspiration for this product line development.
